Muhic voted 'abstained': The agreement with Greece is contrary to international law!

Just because I have the honor to be part of this coalition, I will not vote for the law on ratifying the agreement with Greece, but my conscience obliges me to abstain, MP from the parliamentary majority Ferid Muhic said..

- The name change law is contrary to the United Nations Constitution and to international law. This is absolutely suppressed because no international agreement contains a request to change the name of the state. Even the text of the capitulation of Germany and Japan after World War II does not involve changing the identity of the citizens of these defeated states - said Muhic.

As he said, he wanted to pay attention to the world audience, which, according to him, with support to Greece came into contrary to the United Nations Constitution and international law.

-This is a flagrant interference in the internal affairs of a sovereign state. The UN Charter and international law explicitly confirm that some things can in no way require one state from another. With this agreement, the right to self-regulation is limited to a whole nation and a state. With this agreement it turns out that we have stolen something else, we are trapped in theft and now we are returning it to the rightful owner - said the MP. In doing so, he quoted German Chancellor Angela Merkel, according to which the national achievement can not be subject to any compromise.
